Warning regarding false/fraudulent Magma Aviation aircraft capacity availability

04 Sep 2020

Recently, Magma Aviation has become aware of incidences of false communications and representations which fraudulently use the Magma Aviation name and logo.

We wish to warn all our customers and prospective customers to be aware of these and to exercise caution – they are not representing Magma Aviation or its business in any way.

These communications use the Magma Aviation logo and copyright to falsely notify customers about cargo aircraft cargo capacity and potential routings.  These communications have been targeted mainly toward the USA and South American markets.

The individuals responsible for such communications, and the representations they make concerning Magma Aviation and its services, are not authorised by Magma Aviation – these individuals do not have the right to market cargo aircraft capacity on behalf of Magma Aviation.

Accordingly, Magma Aviation strongly advises its customers and prospective customers to exercise caution when dealing with a third party which is representing that it is able to offer cargo capacity on behalf of Magma Aviation or in relation to cargo aircraft managed by Magma Aviation.

Customers or prospective customers who receive an e-mail or other communication that they are concerned about should contact Magma Aviation directly.

Details of Magma Aviation’s official sales’ channels are summarised below –  we urge all customers and prospective customers to utilise these for any legitimate enquiry they have.
